Services and Amenities
Independent Living residents have an array of amenities available to them including three fitness centers supervised by our physical therapy team, regularly scheduled exercise classes, three salons, personal garden plots, three libraries, and transportation, to name a few.
Our community also welcomes pets; however certain restrictions do apply and a deposit is required.

Delectable Dining
All independent living residents include a full-sized kitchen, but if you don't feel like cooking, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served restaurant-style each day in our conveniently-located dining rooms.
Our menus feature healthy options, flavorful entrees and a diverse selection of side dishes and desserts at every meal. What makes our ever-changing menus extra special? Our residents! By chatting with residents, our chefs discovers their favorites and incorporates them into the menu for the whole community to enjoy!
Location
While there is always a full schedule of ongoing activities in our community, the surrounding area has a lot to offer. Venture out into the city of Lincoln, NE to enjoy the many museums and dining venues. Our convenient mid-town location is in close proximity to shopping, hospitals, banks, restaurants, and lively entertainment. If you enjoy the outdoors, pack a picnic and explore the nearby Holmes Lake Recreation Area, only 5 to 10 minutes away, or enjoy the Pioneers Park Nature Center, which is only 30 minutes away.
