The Eastmont Foundation seeks, receives and administers philanthropic support for the need of the Eastmont community and the benevolent programs undertaken by Eastmont's residents and Staff. Established in 1997, the Eastmont Foundation sustains the promise of lifetime financial stability and enrichment as well as upholds Eastmont's value of service to others. The Eastmont Foundation Golf Classic
The 25th Annual Eastmont Foundation Golf Classic is scheduled for Monday, September 12th, 2022. This fun event allows us to raise the funds necessary to ensure older adults can benefit from exceptional care, even if they exhaust their financial resources. Ready to sign up? Monopoly for The Monarch
Thanks to everyone who participated in the 19th Annual Monopoly Tournament and Fundraiser on Sunday, March 27, 2022. We raised $39,500 for The Monarch Charity Care Fund allowing us to provide 106 days of benevolent end-of-life care at The Monarch to those who have exhausted their financial resources. Stay tuned for more information on the 20th Annual Monopoly Tournament scheduled for March 26, 2023!
Pillars of Support
Life Care residents who find themselves in financial need can continue to live at an Eastmont community with dignity and independence.
The Monarch will provide benevolent hospice care to community members in need as resources allow.
Operational grants can be leveraged for specific improvements that enhance the quality of life for residents at an Eastmont community.
Support for our Eastmont employees who personify the Eastmont Way through tuition reimbursement and emergency assistance fund
