Choose from a studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartment. Then select your custom paint colors and make it your own!
The monthly fee includes extras like cable television, local phone service, all utilities, weekly linen service and more.
Each apartment is well-equipped with:

Fred Lind’s superb culinary team loves planning delicious menus with home-cooked dishes every day featuring all your favorite cuisines, plus fresh fruits and vegetables. Are you a vegetarian? No problem—we have vegetarian dining plans. Gluten free? We can do that too. Just let us know about any of your special dietary requirements, and it’s a done deal!
You can look forward to meals served three times a day, knowing you’ll feel good inside and out as you enjoy high-quality cuisine served in our beautiful, newly remodeled, sunlit dining room. There are also snacks available throughout the day. Bon appétit!

At Fred Lind Manor, weekly housekeeping and linen services are included in the monthly fee for assisted living apartments—which means you can spend your time on more interesting pursuits like creative writing, enjoying theater or simply relaxing.
Free Ticket to Ride
Need a lift somewhere? Fred Lind’s shuttle service will regularly carry you off to popular places. And our chauffeur services include individual transport to medical appointments within a 5-mile radius (and all the best major medical care is within 5 miles of Fred Lind). Our service will also take you out for miscellaneous errands to banks and other local businesses.
