Top 10 Books Critical to Healthy Aging

I don’t know about you, but when I encounter the unknown or embark on a new experience, I am all about research. For something simple, I might limit my quest to a Google search or checking Wikipedia. But when it’s something big, I like to dig in and gather more knowledge – that means reading a book (or two or three).

As my parents began to reach their 60s, then 70s and had some health issues and life changes, I looked to the library and book store to help me understand what they were going through.

If your parents are older (in need of assisted living) or you yourself are on the cusp of your golden years, any one of these books are going to be helpful.
