Chef Ferrante adds his unique flair to our region’s most exquisite fare — with a gourmet dinner menu that features dishes like sesame seared ahi, petit filet, filet of wild-caught salmon, locally sourced organic greens, vegan dishes and even wild game. High ceilings, spectacular views and comfortable furniture make the Olympic Dining Room an ideal venue for hosting friends and family. Our residents can reserve the smaller private dining room for intimate dinners or celebrations.

Situated in the center of our retirement community, fast-casual Bistro 725 serves lighter fare like homemade sandwiches, delicious soups and fresh salads. A few of our specialties: lox with fresh fruit for breakfast; blackened salmon Caesar roll for lunch; steak teriyaki with Asian citrus salad for dinner. This light-filled restaurant is a favorite spot for residents to meet for coffee or easy lunches, and the air is vibrant with conversation.
