At Skyline, we know that as we grow older, chronological age takes a back seat to physical fitness in determining your body’s real age. That philosophy is the backbone of our fitness program. And probably explains why our residents are so young at all ages. Skyline’s diverse fitness program gives everyone lots of activity choices to workout at their own level.
Residents love our land- and water-based group exercise classes, personal training, monthly outings, gym orientation, consultations, annual fitness evaluations and so much more. Whether it’s taking physical fitness classes, enjoying fun activities and great food; or spontaneous social interactions — Skyline residents keep a full schedule.
Skyline’s highly involved staff is second to none.
All of these great programs wouldn’t work without our awesome staff. Residents of all abilities are encouraged daily to engage in physical activity. The fitness staff stays in close contact with physical therapists, both on-site and off, to support the needs of each resident and keep them moving.
