When you move to our First Hill senior community as an independent living resident, you’ll enjoy the benefit of Life Care, which covers all your living expenses with a refundable entrance fee and predictable monthly service fee. If your needs change over time, you will also have guaranteed access to our full continuum of five-star, on-site health care services, including assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing and rehabilitation.

Advantages of Life Care

• Refundable Entrance Fee: Up to 80% of your entrance fee will be returned to you or your estate, protecting your financial assets, and giving you and your family peace of mind for the future.
• Tax Benefits: Your tax deductions will equal or exceed those claimed in conjunction with a principal residence, with an additional deduction for medical expenses. These substantial deductions continue for as long as you reside in your independent living apartment.
• A Full Continuum of Care: It’s hard to know what the future will hold. 75% of people end up needing some form of long-term care, which can cost up to $100,000 a year or more.
